Job Description
Coverage Needed
- Start Date: March 9, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Call: 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Clinical Details
- Specialty: Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Practice Setting: Telehealth
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 PA/NP
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20-30 minutes
Requirements
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Licenses: Active OR License, OR DEA, WA License or IMLC, WA DEA
- Certifications: BLS Required
- Experience: Preferably in Hospice; if FM or IM, must have ample experience in hospice work
- License Requirement: Licensed in OR only
