Hospice RN Admissions Nurse - Full-Time

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected hospice provider in the DFW Metroplex, seeking an experienced RN Admissions Nurse to guide patients and families through their transition into hospice care. Reporting to the Managing Director Hospice, the RN Admissions Nurse, serves as the first point of clinical contact for hospice patients and their families. You'll complete comprehensive admissions, develop individualized plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient begins their hospice journey with dignity, compassion, and support.
