This role involves delivering compassionate end-of-life care, assisting with care plans, and supporting patients and their families during their final stages of life.

- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician and under the direction of the RN.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to the RN or physician.
