• Monitor plant health, diagnose diseases, and implement effective pest control and weed management strategies.
• Ensure optimal operation of irrigation systems, adapting watering schedules for seasonal variations (pre-monsoon, monsoon, and winter).

Team & Vendor Management

• Train, manage, and evaluate a team of on-site gardeners and landscaping supervisors.
