Execution & Implementation
- Oversee the sourcing and procurement of high-quality plants, soil, fertilizers, and landscaping materials from local nurseries and vendors.
- Manage the execution of softscape projects on-site, ensuring proper soil preparation, planting, irrigation setup, and drainage execution.
Maintenance & Upkeep
- Monitor plant health, diagnose diseases, and implement effective pest control and weed management strategies.
- Ensure optimal operation of irrigation systems, adapting watering schedules for seasonal variations (pre-monsoon, monsoon, and winter).
Team & Vendor Management
- Train, manage, and evaluate a team of on-site gardeners and landscaping supervisors.
- Negotiate with and manage third-party landscaping contractors, nurseries, and material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the annual horticulture budget for the company’s portfolio.
