The communications infrastructure team continues to grow and expand its market presence across the DMV, supporting a wide range of telecommunications customers. With ongoing industry initiatives around capacity and bandwidth, the team is consistently receiving new requests from carriers, MSOs, and other clients to expand their service lines and geographic coverage. Due to increased workload, new scopes of work, and internal advancement, we are seeking an experienced HDD Locator to support expanding operations.
Position Overview
The team is seeking an OSP Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) Locator to work on a four-person crew performing underground telecommunications and utility construction. This includes horizontal directional drilling, conduit and cable placement, mechanical excavation, and ground restoration. The crew consists of a CPM, Locator, Foreman, and Operator.
