What You'll Do

Every day is different. One day you may be sealing air leaks in an attic, the next you may be improving a crawlspace, balancing airflow, installing insulation, or helping transform a home that has been uncomfortable for years.

Typical duties include:

• Attic air sealing and insulation installation
• Crawlspace repairs and encapsulation
• Vapor barrier installation
• Duct sealing and repairs
• Material loading and job site preparation
