We are seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate Home Manager to lead a well‑established 37+‑bed dementia residential care home in Matlock, Derbyshire . This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into a senior leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high‑quality care, ensuring full compliance, supporting staff development and maintaining a warm, person‑centred environment for residents and families.
