Mayflower Care Home is a 76‑bed dementia service supporting residents with advanced and complex needs, located in Northfleet, Gravesend (DA11). We are looking for a Home Manager who can reset standards, rebuild confidence and establish what ‘good’ truly looks like in a large dementia setting.

Contract & Remuneration

• Salary up to £100,000 per annum
• Annual performance bonus of up to 40% (KPI‑linked)
• £10,000 Impact bonus (terms & conditions below)
