Home Infusion Pharmacist

A full-time, day-shift opportunity is now available for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist in Milwaukee, WI.

Details: 

• Start: ASAP 
• Location: Milwaukee, WI 
• Schedule: M-F; 8 hour Day shifts between 7:30am-6pm 
• On call every 4th weekend + 1 evening shift per week
• Type: Full-time | 6 month contract-to-perm

Duties:

• IV order verification
• IV admixture in the cleanroom as needed
• Other typical clinical duties

Qualifications:

• WI pharmacist license in good standing 
• 2+ years of recent IV / Sterile Compounding Experience 
• 2+ years of recent Home Infusion experience (preferred) 
• Must be willing to work 6+ months under contract before converting permanently 
• Experience using CPR + (preferred)
