Job Description
We are seeking an infusion nurse (RN) with IVIg experience interested in providing in-home infusions for a local patient.
Infusion Details:
- Medication: Gamunex - 45g intravenously daily for 5 days, every 3 weeks
- Ideally, two (2) RNs will be hired to alternate treatment cycles, with each RN providing a 5-day infusion course every 6 weeks
- Length of treatment: 4hrs 54mins
- Location: Hazlehurst, GA 31539
- Date of Service: Due on or around 07/15-07/19
- Access: PORT
- Pump: Curlin Pump
