Home Health: RN Visit Nurse (Southeast Metro)

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position: RN Visit Nurse for Home Health

Salary: $85,000-$87,000/year, depending on experience

Service Area: Southeast Metro (coverage area: Hastings, Afton, Farmington, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, St. Paul Park, Rosemount, Eagan, Woodbury & surrounding). Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.

* Evening RN on-call rotation as needed. Paid $125 for on-call shift and then PPV if visits occur: SOC $145, ROC $115, NSG Eval, Recert, Oasis DC $85 and SN Visit $70
