Home Health LPN

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Home Health LPN in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Pay: $33.00 to $36.00 per hour based on experience

Type: Three-month contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

One weekend per month on call

Coverage Areas: Davidson, Wilson, Summer Counties

Primary Responsibilities:

· Visiting six to seven patients a day

· Will be using HCHB EMR database

· Medication reconciliation

· Disease process teaching

· Lab draws and wound care

Qualifications:

· Current LPN License in TN

· Three years of home health experience

· Valid Driver's License
