**Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager – Home Health**
+ **Location:** Austin, Texas (South Austin Service Area)
+ **Employment Type:** Full-Time
+ **Schedule:** Friday–Sunday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Baylor Shift)
+ **On-Call Requirements:** None – No On-Call Responsibilities
+ **Compensation:** $83,000–$102,000 annually (Point Per Basis)
+ **Pay:** Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
+ **Setting:** Home Health
