As aCare Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably within their own homes. You will be visiting clients inMacclesfield and surrounding areas such as Bollington and Prestbury . We are looking for someone reliable, friendly and caring to make a difference to our clients' lives.

Job Description

You will visit the sameregular clients each week so you can really get to know each other and make a meaningful connection. When you have an initial call with a client who is new to you, you will have accompanied and introduced to them by a colleague who knows them well, so you canreally get to know every client and their needs .

At Home Instead, we know that 15 or 30 minute calls aren't long enough for you to offer exceptional care. That's why we haveminimum 1-hour calls to ensure you can take your time with your clients. You must have good flexibility e.g. 7am - 2pm or 4...
