We are looking for a new operator at the Holly Blue, this is a food‑led community pub, currently averaging £12k pw with a 60/40 dry‑led sales mix.
The Holly Blue, is a well‑established and much‑loved pub in the historic village of Pevensey, close to Eastbourne and the Sussex coast. A traditional, welcoming pub with food at its heart and a loyal local following. With flexible internal spaces and an attractive outdoor area, it’s perfectly suited to all‑day trading, family dining and community occasions. The pub also benefits from summer tourism trade- from those visiting the coast.
