Position Overview
We're looking for a Holidays Operation Team Leader to take the lead in presenting and looking after the National Trust's two holiday cottages at Wicken Fen, CB7 5XP. This role is all about high standards, care and attention to detail. The role may also include helping with changeover cleans in cottages, and is predominantly 5 hours per week on Fridays (10-3) but occasionally Monday or Saturday instead if cover is needed. Internally you'll be known as a Holidays Operation Team Leader. You'll be focused on making sure that our operations are compliant with health and safety. You'll be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting and fire safety. You'll help to coordinate maintenance work and repairs, making sure our cottages are safe and look their best for our guests, and that all our guest materials are up to date and in good order.
