- Lead and drive the overall Quality Management strategy for high-rise building projects, ensuring full alignment with corporate objectives and international ISO standards (9001, 14001, 37001, 45001).
- Establish, standardize, and continuously improve company-wide QA-QC policies, systems, and governance frameworks across all projects.
- Provide executive oversight on critical construction quality matters, including structural works, concrete testing, reinforcement, and Ready Mix Plant (RMP) compliance.
- Direct and develop the QA-QC organization structure, including manpower planning, succession planning, performance management, and capability building.
- Oversee internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
