Job Description

- Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials and services to support project and business requirements.
- Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, qualification, and selection processes to build a strong and reliable supplier network.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve the best value for the company.
- Manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency across all projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers, particularly from China, Japan, and Korea.
- Monitor procurement budgets, market trends, material price movements, and supplier performance to support strategic decision-making.
