**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Support daily asphalt plant operations by performing general labor tasks and equipment assistance.
+ Monitor material flow, perform basic plant checks, and communicate irregularities to the plant operator.
+ Assist with routine maintenance, cleanup, and safe work area organization.
+ Use hand tools and support equipment to maintain plant efficiency and reliability.
+ Work collaboratively with plant and loader operator teams to meet production goals.
