**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
+ Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
+ Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
+ Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
