As we expanded our support team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA), we are seeking individuals who would like to specialise, therefore the primary purpose of this role will be to support pupils across all key stages (mainstream and specialist resource provision) with speech, language, and communication development.

As our HLTA – Speech, Language and Communication you will support individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum and engage fully in their learning. Working alongside class teachers you will support in raising pupil attainment, promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
