Role Overview

We are looking for a highly effective and impactful HLTA with good curriculum knowledge, who has high expectations for all pupils and a passion for supporting children’s learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an interest in the children and their lives at home as part of the work we do, building relationships.
• Support children in our Integrated Resource and within the mainstream school from Nursery to Year 6.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with all children, their families and colleagues.

Key Qualifications

• A SEND focus or specialism is essential.
• Be confident to cover in our Integrated Resource and in mainstream school from Nursery to Year 6.
• Have a strong team ethos and be self‑motivated to develop yourself alongside the children.
