We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, higher level teaching assistant (HLTA). This fixed-term position is for 32.5 hours per week, working 38 weeks per year (term time), in the first instance for one year. As an HLTA, you will deliver high-quality learning activities, including leading whole-class teaching during teacher absence or PPA cover, provide targeted interventions and support for pupils to raise attainment and progress, create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils, including those with additional needs and promote independence, wellbeing, and engagement in learning. You will work collaboratively with staff and may also contribute to supporting and guiding other support staff.
