We are excited to announce a series of new roles that reflect our continued commitment to ensuring all students Belong and Achieve.

As we expanded our team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA), we are seeking individuals who would like to specialise, therefore the primary purpose of this role will be to support pupils across all Key Stages with SEMH needs through one-to-one and small group work, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and essential social skills.

As our SEMH HLTA you will support individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum and engage fully in their learning. Working alongside class teachers you will support in raising pupil attainment, promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
