Protocol Education is working with a calm and friendly primary school in BS8 to recruit a reliable HLTA for a permanent role until July, starting from end of March.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting learning across the school, helping teachers and pupils’ day to day, and being part of a welcoming school community. You’ll be working with pupils across KS1 and KS2, providing support in the classroom, leading small groups, and helping children stay engaged and confident in their learning.

The school has a practical, supportive ethos where staff wellbeing, professionalism and teamwork are valued. You’ll be joining a friendly team who appreciate patience, flexibility, and someone who can step in and make things run smoothly.
