We're looking for a passionate and skilled HLTA to support teaching and learning predominantly in Year 6 and across the academy. You'll work closely with class teachers and support staff to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to individuals, small groups, or whole classes. You'll also contribute to assessment, lead interventions, and may manage other support staff or develop a specialist area of expertise.
