HLTA - Interventions

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator looking to make a real impact on young minds? We are seeking a motivated and inspiring HLTA to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our students.

This role is working 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays)

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting class groups with their therapeutic and intervention needs.
• Monitoring and tracking pupil progress in social skills.
• Delivering lessons or interventions under the instruction of the therapy/pastoral team
• Supporting pupil welfare and wellbeing
• Adhering to the school’s systems, structures, policies and procedures.
• Actively supporting school activities where required, including attending educational trips, extra-curricular activities and parents’ evenings, which may require some out-of-hours availability.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and carers and colleagues. ...
