Maritime Academy are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our growing academy as we welcome our next cohort of students this September.

Our HLTA will support individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum and engage fully in their learning.  Working alongside class teachers you will support in raising pupil attainment, promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.

What we are looking for:

• HLTA qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
• Passion for inclusive education and the ability to support all learners.
