Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Bexley Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full Time Salary: HLTA Scale We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated HLTA to join our friendly and supportive team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA to work across the primary age range, supporting pupils from Reception through to Year 5 . The successful HLTA will work closely with teachers and school leaders to deliver high-quality learning experiences, provide targeted interventions, and lead whole-class teaching when required. The successful HLTA will: Hold HLTA status or possess equivalent qualifications and experience. Have experience of working effectively within a primary school setting. Be confident supporting teaching and learning across Reception to Year 5. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
