HK Membership Development Department is responsible to establish a holistic, long-term strategy for Membership Development in HK, addressing ideal future target Member profile, the product strategy and their ongoing customer journey in support of the strategic priority of ‘Cultivating New Members’ under the Membership, Strategic Marketing and Branding Division.

The job holder reports directly to Senior Manager, Hong Kong Membership Development Manager. HK Membership Development Manager plays a crucial role in developing and expanding the corporate membership base by acquiring new corporate members and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives.
