Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities to maintain efficiency, safety, and seamless daily operations.
Develop and implement menus with attention to nutritional balance, cost-effectiveness, and seasonal availability.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols, including HACCP standards where applicable.
