**Job Details**

+ **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire
+ **Location:** McConnellsburg, PA

**Post-Training Shift Options** **_(Must commit to one)_**

+ **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
+ **3rd Shift:** 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
+ **Shift Differential:** Additional $1.75/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts

**Training Program**

+ 7-week **paid training** on 1st shift
+ _(6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)_
+ **Hands-on welding instruction and skill development**
+ **Final** **weld test** upon training completion
