Position: Physical Therapist 
Location: Dayton, OH, 45426 
Shift: 8 am 4:30pm  
Contract: 13 weeks 
Start: ASAP 
Required: 
1+ years' professional PT experience   
Must have Physical Therapist license   
CPR and first aid certification required  
Must be COVID vaccinated  
RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet with new patients and give them tours of our facility  
Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients  
Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis   
Evaluate and report on patients' progress  
Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
