Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the performance of servers, captains, hosts, and support staff
- Maintain consistent high standards of guest service, including timely resolution of feedback and complaints
- Optimize table turnover and seating capacity by managing reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow
- Enforce strict adherence to staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume casual or fine-casual dining environment
