Role Overview

We are seeking a Deputy Manager – SAP B1 Support to manage, maintain, and optimize SAP Business One (SAP B1) operations for a leading kidswear brand. The role involves ERP support, production portal integration, troubleshooting, reporting, user training, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations across Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Quality modules.
  
• Monitor and support integration between the Production Portal and SAP B1.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues, transaction errors, and portal-related challenges.
  
• Gather business requirements and coordinate ERP enhancements and customizations.
