Hiring Assistant Team Lead - Study Abroad

About the job Location: Kochi, Ravipuram | Job Type: Full-Time | Industry: Study Abroad / Overseas Education. Key Responsibilities:  Assist the Team Lead in managing the daily activities of the admissions & counseling team.  Monitor counsellor’s follow-ups & ensure timely communication with prospective students.  Support the Team Lead in achieving departmental targets and KPIs.  Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task  Handle student inquiries and provide basic guidance regarding study abroad programs.  Assist counsellors in managing student applications and admission processes.  Follow up with students regarding pending documents, application and university requirements.  Ensure accurate & updated student records in the CRM system.
