Hiring assistant team lead - study abroad

Location : Kochi, Ravipuram | Job Type : Full-Time | Industry : Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
Key Responsibilities:
 Assist the Team Lead in managing the daily activities of the admissions & counseling team.
 Monitor counsellor’s follow-ups & ensure timely communication with prospective students.
 Support the Team Lead in achieving departmental targets and KPIs.
 Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task
 Handle student inquiries and provide basic guidance regarding study abroad programs.
 Assist counsellors in managing student applications and admission processes.
 Follow up with students regarding pending documents, application and university requirements.
 Ensure accurate & updated student records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
 Minimum 2–4 years of experience in study abroad, counseling, or education consultancy.
