HIL Validation Engineer

Job Title – HIL Validation Engineer Job Location – Betim, Brazil Duration – Full time Experience level – 5+ Years Mandatory Skills – dSPACE, CAN/LIN, Matlab, CANape Required Skills & Experience: Connect ECUs, sensors, and actuators to LabCar; manage wiring harness and breakout box testing. Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation for Body domain ECUs using dSPACE HIL systems (PHS/Scalexio). Commission HIL rigs and debug hardware/software integration issues. Develop HIL test specifications, create test cases, procedures, and reports. Automate HIL tests using Python or CAPL scripting. Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis in test environments. Ensure compliance with Agile process, V&V lifecycle, and ASPICE standards. Requirements: Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL hardware (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk).
