Rate of Pay: PAYE £36.10 per hour; Umbrella £50 per hour

Overview

We're working with a forward‑thinking Local Authority looking to appoint a Developing Highways Senior Engineer to support the delivery of growth and infrastructure across the county. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in reviewing and approving highways works linked to new developments, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with standards.

• Managing S38 & S278 agreements from application through to completion
• Reviewing and approving developer‑led highway designs
