Responsibilities

  • Daily follow‑up clinics
  • Remote follow‑up
  • Busy Brady implant service
  • Physiologist lead ILR implant service (RLH site)
  • Physiologist ILR explant service (RLH site)
  • Services to an acute A&E department including unwell complex device patients
  • Line manager responsibilities: overseeing junior staff and completing performance and pay appraisals
  • Analyse, interpret and report complex clinical data (e.g., ambulatory monitoring), liaise and advise medical staff
  • Follow up and manage patients with implantable cardiac devices
  • Document investigations and adjustments accurately
  • Maintain professional development and stay current with device techniques and advances
