The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale computer systems and hold relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA certification.
Assisting with troubleshooting tasks related to network connectivity issues;
working with cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Office 365;
having excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
on-site working required, however we offer flexible schedules which could include remote option after completing initial training period,in-office meetings necessary due regular project coordination .
