The role involves leading whole-class lessons during teacher release time, delivering targeted interventions, and working collaboratively with staff to support pupils' learning and progress. The successful candidate will be adaptable, organised, and committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment while promoting high expectations across the school.

Requirements

The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;

Experience of working with primary school aged children.
Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
An ability to work as part of a team.
