Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Support teaching and learning across the classroom
Lead small group interventions to raise attainment
Work closely with teachers to plan and assess pupil progress
Provide support for pupils with varying learning needs
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
