•Leading interventions that make a real impact in literacy, numeracy, social communication, and sensory needs

• Teaching lessons and providing high-quality cover when required

• Coordinating staff cover, timetables, and supporting smooth daily operations

• Overseeing and maintaining student plans (profiles, behaviour, medical and care) in partnership with families and professionals
