High Volume Talent Acquisition Partner

The **Talent Acquisition Partner** is responsible for **owning full-cycle recruiting execution** while serving as a **trusted advisor to hiring managers** . This role partners closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires aligned to business goals.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to **drive requisition outcomes, influence hiring decisions, and consistently deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience** while maintaining accountability to performance metrics.
**Salary:** $65,000 + company issued vehicle
**Location:** Hybrid (remote plus onsite location specific support - as needed)
