Essential Responsibilities:

+ Provide onsite and remote technical direction to site personnel and customers.
+ Prepare job planning documents that define the work scope being performed through engineering instructions, drawings, and process instructions.
+ Provide leadership to skilled labor performing work on customer sites.
+ Troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for a wide range of equipment such as power transformers, switchgear, protection relays, control systems, and motors.
+ Troubleshoot electrical problems in the substations on wind and solar plants.
+ Perform administrative functions such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, and preparing job completion reports to customers.
+ Exercise good judgment in controlling costs.
+ Maintain strong safety mindset at all times.
+ Must live with 100 miles of Arlington Oregon.
