Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Education Degree and NWT Teacher Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of competency based education
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Background in, or experience teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies
• Experience teaching at the Secondary level
• Understanding of universal design for learning
• Understanding of backwards design
• Understanding of triangulation of evidence of learning
