HIC Agent & Reception

• Varied role combining customer service and reception
• Location: Christchurch
• Full time hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support as a HIC Agent Tuesday to Friday
• Assist with customer enquiries relating to parcels and logistics services
• Support reception when required during weekdays
• Manage reception duties on Saturdays as the primary point of contact
• Handling parcels, including lifting and moving items safely
• Complete general administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment

Working Hours

• Tuesday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
