Location: Wigan depot, Lancashire area. Full time permanent. Salary dependent on experience.

Metro Rod works with the likes of Equans, Amey, Aldi, Mitie, Greggs, McDonalds, Wetherspoons and many more in FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of tanker units, carrying out a range of services including cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customers’ drains while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
• Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
• Accurately recording work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
• Communicating effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod support centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
